Moloto BEE is a Sanas Accredited B-BBEE verification agency and has been in operation since 2005. The consultancy also provided BEE consultation services up to December 2009, at which point Sanas independence requirements dictated that the verification agency, Moloto BEE, be set up separately. Consequently, all Moloto BEE personnel possess consulting experience and continue to be seconded to Moloto Solutions to render BEE consulting services as and when the need arises.
The unique combination of experience that the agency possesses, incorporating various Senior Empowerment, Business Development, Financial, Project, Strategic Management and Systems Development roles in both Private and Public Sector organizations, provides the company with the wherewithal to provide well-rounded, one – in – all solutions in the empowerment, strategic, financial management, business support and corporate governance arenas.

We thus provide any service that assists a measured entity to obtain a B-BBEE certificate, e.g.
B-BBEE verifications
Assistance with all activities prior to verification Arranging training and participating as a trainer and preparing or producing manuals, handbooks or procedures in that regard Provision of opinions on BEE transactions, including ownership deals and interpretation of Verification Standards.
NB – No consultation towards score improvement will be done for B-BBEE verification clients.
